Faith is a strong word, but yes until sales update (and following trends) are known or "apparent" you may not see much in way of SP lift.

Not so, M&A crews are always looking for emerging opportunities, you of all folk should should acknowlege that as a given known.
These things are typical in this arena and taken for granted by LT investors, so Im not sure why you sweat the ST view so much.
