All underground activity should be stopped by authorities. All procedures should be gone through with a fine tooth comb to stop this from possibly happening again.
I saay the authorities should stop them because the company appears unable to enact a safe work place. As this is an Australian company, those here that have the power to ask for please explain notices should be doing so.
I may buy a few shares shortly just to go to the AGM and sticking the boot into management for not having safe work practices!! Plus demanding they put their jobs on the line for failure to mine safely!!
