new issue announcement Dear Sir,
The company encloses an Appendix 3B form (new Issue Announcement) to cover:

1. The issue of 1,333,333 shares to an employee who exercised options issued under the Share
Options Incentive Plan.

2. The issue of 9,350,000 new options to employees under the Share Options Incentive Plan.

3. The cancellation of 4,859,667 options previously issued to employees under the Share Option
Incentive Plan as a consequence of cessation of employment or expiration of the timeframe to
exercise the options.

Well, more shares on the market but, at least they are issued at 4,5c , almost the current price so, I would not expect a sell on the holders part....

Ordinary shares issued at average price of
4.5 cents
Ordinary shares issued following exercise
of option by employee. Funds applied to
general working capital.


The options, not bad reducing 6 mill.....quite positive IMHO.

The number of options outstanding is
reduced by 6,193,000 as a consequence of
retirement of employees or exercise of options.

I would expect the half yearly report with detailed news on Thursday or Friday...I'd say.....
