I've met Geoff and hold similar confidence. But as a publicly Listed Co, the question must not be rubber stamped, and it should be applied across the board. Shareholders should be able to reference company policy and establish its implementation, this leads increased confidence in the company and its running. The fact is like many companies that questions are being raised, shows until its cleared up it will be just one of the periennial issues.
I like the fact that ADO is a goodly weighted Mums and Dads Co., and that they will benefit from its growth - SP pressure will chang that, and due to Top200 standing it could be exagerated steps. But ADO is in its infancy and costs must rightly be very tightly controled and monitored.
