I'm sorry but comparing the Caz decision to two-up is ridiculous. A coin toss will not decide this matter, it will be the Mining Act and over a hundred years of precedent.
The arguement from the "no" side still cant get past Rio are big, Caz are small, the system is corrupt. I'm not buying that arguement and neither is the market as is reflected in the sp.
