    I can not use my geology to comment as I have no facts as yet. BUT , London prices were unchanged for both HDR and TLW despite weaker oil prices. And I can observe that this am HDR is resisting the weaker oil price influence better that WPL. May I conclude that many HDR shareholders are hopefully confident about Uganda?
