    All fair points Septic. It's not ideal and I'd prefer we retain 100% ownership however, D Burton is running the ship currently and I am happy for him to be incentivised to achieve success for the MI division. If that 8% ends up being worth a whole lot of money then we will all do well out of it. And if it is going to do well Burton needs to be the one to drive it.

    I do believe we need another appointment to the board of someone independent and well respected - it will ease investors (and particularly fund manager's) minds a little.
