It seems that his attention might be more focused on his other successful business, LTX.
Those who took up the recent issue at 2 cents are very happy, as it trades today around 3.7. There was quite a large shortfall in the issue for some reason, so the underwriters will be very happy too. Their $340,000 investment two weeks ago is now worth $629,000. A gain of 85%.
I'm not sure why so many people failed to pick up their allocation of 2 cent shares, it looked pretty safe to me given the CEO's record.
