Hi all,
Having seen numerous threads about price predictions it got me thinking - what amount of revenue or profit would OBJ need to make to obtain a market cap of $150m? Hypothetically speaking, if the market cap wasn’t $150m as it is at present.
Say we were looking at a new biotech company in this sector starting out, where cash burn under a similar business model is fairly minimal. Or in fact any company, not necessarily in this sector. I realise that there are various product developments in the ‘pipeline’ but when considering a value based purely on revenue and profit for the numbers game.
Obviously a direct comparison cannot be made to Telstra, but for examples sake:
Revenue = $25,155m
Net profit = $4,275m
Market capitalisation = $68,436m
Revenue / Market capitalisation = 6.2%...?
How does this stack up for OBJ?
Cheers,
Smiles
