He is a non exec director with an investment in the company, so I wouldn't say there is a considerable economic interested compared to DCC or that LTX is "his" business. His focus from an economic and reputation perspective will always be DCC in my view. It will make a much bigger difference to him in both areas if DCC is more successful.
