The new market seems to have degenerated into traders, hedge -bots, etc. playing all shares irrespective of FA until such time as revenue starts to be generated and then value can be incontrovertibly established.
Until then, traders and high-speed vultures can scalp the profit from every single share that ever so briefly dares raise its head over the parapet.
A modest bit of speculation by parties who look to the future seems to have become a lost art and ever-improving prospects merely generate a brief and quickly suppressed series of small spikes. The 'risks' we used to weigh have been distorted by the high-speed bot thumb placed on their end of the scale.
This probably means a bit of a wait until the day finally comes when copper ore turns up at the smelters and actual cash comes into the AVB accounts.
Reluctantly, I've come to see that as the inescapable truth of it, whether or not there are some gradual SP improvements that can be sustained along the way.
