Inability of some to read what I interpret as pretty clear legislation is amazing, any appeal requires approval for leave to appeal, 14 days from original judgement, lodgement of appeal 30 days from when leave to appeal granted, axiom informed by registrar no less than 7 days after lodgement of appeal. Worst case could be 51 days from 24 September, (unless extended further by Judge), before Axiom would know anything official. Read the rules and stop thisping pong of baseless speculation. When Axiom know we will know. No sooner.
