I doubt there is a single substantial investor. Lynas made a big play of the fact that there are a large number of sub-underwriters and that this would ensure that there couldn't be any control issues if the rights weren't taken up.
Fourteen weeks until the next quarterly. Loooong wait for the next news. Be much safer to leave any purchases until closer to the end of January IMO, the further dilution from the options should cap the price at 8.2c-ish anyway IMO.
