bf locked in for a mth until listing date 5/12 so you are ion the hook even if mkts blow up
low yield
high p/e
unknown price & wide range

policy holders switching ins providers
mpl growth portfolio assets reduction in value
alteration to govt rebate reduction or abolition
effects of higher premiums in a increasing int rate enviroment
possible customers dropping cover opting for public system
limited growth opportunities
likelyhood not getting filled to amount requested and price may disappointy
intransparent ipo process means unnecessary risks
potential lost interest on monies and dealing with refunds due to cut backs or clawbacks
