I only have a letter no other forms to speak off unless boys dumped them to the bin...it happens! What if I don't get the forms? Can I just do BPAY with my HIN no? And can I buy a bit more? Round it up? It is not well organized and times are terrible! I only had BITR in my portfolio on Thursday/Friday.
