Well it has taken an inordinate amount of time (around 15 months?) to get the World Bank on board.
But now they have shown their hand this is obviously a positive sign.
Will London come good with the rest of the bickies? Reasonably good chance now that IFC have put their tentative hands up IMO. But don't expect it overnight!
As a further positive, some of you may remember that the mighty OX had IFC in there at the beginning for Laos so some commercial outcome is not impossible (though I would not compare the two projects in a pink fit!!!).
Will I go back into the stock? Sorry-the road is still too long and arduous for little me.........hehehe.
