Bushveld want LMR there is no doubt about that

if they didn't want LMR there is no way they would have bought an extra 10M shares a few weeks back at the equivalent of 6.5c

Bushveld only need to get a balance 95M shares in LMR as they own around 105M already, if they spend 7c a share it will cost them an extra $7m to pick up $15m cash so they are up $8m

Its a matter of when not IF Bushveld make their move imo and the offer will have to be around 100% premium to the current share price
