That is a very good point.
I did re-read the VALOUR paper and looked at how they've accounted for it. In Fig 1 of the paper below, drop outs were actually included in the end point analysis. So the 15th percentile in that trial should still be comparable to ours.

Edit: I meant assuming we've handled adverse events the same way they did (i.e. counting it as one of the 350 events)
