Performance of Horizon Oil Limited (page 38)
"The annual performance objectives and share price hurdle are the means by which management links company performance and remuneration policy. Having regard to the current stage of the Company’s evolution, linkage of remuneration policy to share price performance rather than earnings is seen as the most sensible method of incentivising employees. Any increase in the share price of the Company has a positive effect on shareholder wealth."
