The following was posted on the yahoo board, and so, I'm not sure what these two posts together (the posts of justcurious here and that of jelchertjr on yahoo) mean. Does it mean that because Prana was no longer a part of the asx300 as of September, they were then able to do a shelf for up to 10%? And if so, why now take that off the table? Also, what does it mean exactly NOT to be a part of the asx300? They're still listed on the ASX, right?
(Showing my ignorance here, but could sure use some help to understand what these things mean, and how they relate to the 10% shelf proposed a short time ago, and then how they relate to taking that off the table.)
