Again, what "12 million shares left"? You have provided no proof upon which to base that assertion. In the 2012 AR M&G's holdings were shown as 34m, and JP Morgan's nominee account at 46m. For 2013, M&G are not shown at all (although two holders with only 10m are listed as substantial holders) and JP Morgan's nominee account is down to 12m - fallen by exactly the amount M&G had.

So, where is the 12m? If M&G do have 12m still, then they are in breach of all sorts of regulations concerning share registers, disclosure rules etc., let alone the criminal activities you are accusing them of in using a "hidden" stash of shares to manipulate the share price.

Again, where are the 12m shares?
