I think the shorts may agree with you samgribbles, and to my mind it is very plausible that CC reviewed the Annual Report and refused to sign off on it as a Director - all just my speculative opinion of course. The Audit Report will be interesting and would have to be compulsory reading.
The latest date available for reported short positions (21/10/14) from AISC shows shorts just broke through 9.03% of total equity.
They must also be smelling a rat.
