Brett,
You were at the AGM last year. Where do you think the SP would be if the timelines stated by WM at that meeting had been kept? DSO sales by Feb/March, processing plant completed by June/July.
CDU would have been selling DSO for about 8 months by now, had millions of dollars flowing into the company. There would be no talk of Cap Raises. The processing plant would be undergoing commissioning by now as well, in fact half way through it.
Instead we have a much lower SP and no believable timetable for anything. The market has marked the price down accordingly. There are 2 possibilities, 1/ the evil manipulators in a giant conspiracy to knock the SP to low levels (why?), or 2/ the company has failed to deliver upon it's self given timelines.
Occam's Razor. In the event of 2 possible scenarios the simplest choice is most often correct.
You were thereat last year's AGM, you know it's the company's failures that are keeping the SP low. There is no-one else to blame other than the company themselves. They didn't deliver a DFS, there are no firm costings or timelines to go by, just the odd statements here and there.
It took SFR 3 years from discovery to production, for Cudeco it is now 81/2 years and no production yet.
That is the entire reason why the SP is so low. This year at the AGM ask the hard questions about what happened to last years statements about production and why this year's statements should be any more believable.
