    I will NOT be voting in favor of Mr Eric Finlayson re-election or performance rights.

    He was appointed to the board by HPX who sold down their holdings and thus, put us in this miserable place.

    Mr Finlayson, via HPX, should have handled the situation better.

    As far as I'm concerned, if HPX is out, so is their representative and he certainly doesn't need to be rewarded with performance rights.

    I hope others feel the same!!!
