The worst time to sell is after a big fall. Usually the final fall associated with decent volume signals the bottom. Dont be a panic seller!

Studies have shown that psychologically sometimes the best thing to do is just not to look. Take a break for a couple of weeks and then have a look. Unless you are trading whats the difference. Its not like you get your house valued every day

Another strategy is to remember the timeframe of this investment is probably a couple of years at least. The result is not certain but certainly a lot of positives and potentially a huge upside. At present they have cashflow and a plan to take to DFS and TIVAN.
