Why offer CR at a discount, today BSM announced their CR at a premium above the last close of share price. CR at 0.5c when share price closed yesterday at 0.3c

I don't hold BSM or wish to cross promote another stock, its just another recent example of a Capital Raising above the Closing Share Price
