Hello All
Just came across this article.
http://indianexpress.com/article/in...ds-30000-acres-of-land-for-new-state-capital/
"Andhra needs 30,000 acres of land for new state capital
The Andhra Pradesh government has concluded after several surveys and studies that it would require 30,000 acres of land to establish a new capital. The land is needed to house government and administrative offices, state government institutions, housing quarters for ministers and MLAs, and other government buildings."
Just my thought - This year Andhra pradesh got split into 2 states. Hyderabad was considered the capital city of Andhra until the split happen. After the split Hyderabad is now under Telanga rule and Andhra Pradesh needs to rebuild its capital city. As both the states are rivals against each other(religion etc due to which the split happen) Andhra will strive to build a better city than Hyderabad that means a lot of domestic demand for IRON ORE within the region.
Above all they are also rebuilding the city affected by the recent cyclone.

"All public sector undertakings which have trouble, they must be revived, including the airport, steel plant, Navy, etc. We are talking. We will revive all these things," Naidu said.
Hope NSL can make the most out of this opportunity!
Any insight on this will be appreciated.
