I am surprised people still listen to these so called broker experts
You or I may think they are a waste of time, but institutions DO listen to them, and they are the market movers, so only a fool would not take heed of what brokers are saying for that reason.
The fact is that brokers do move the price, both directly and indirectly, whether we like it or not.
