I am an employee with 12m options @ 7c. I need $800k to exercise. I don't have it, I'm a scientist, i chose a life of knowledge and poverty. I need to sell some shares to fund my conversion. But alas, I can't as I know about the GHC deal and some stuff coming in the AGM. I dont exercise. Options expire. Shareholders take that as a vote of no confidence. When in reality its not.
