The volume of shares sold in the last few days might tie in with Acuity monetising their stock issue…… and balanced against the share buy back scheme…….

As far as I know all these financiers’ don’t hang about in liquidating their issued shares – even at a loss if necessary.
They don’t play the markets as they want the cash for their next financing package - to be paid for by another 10% market discount.
That looks like a pretty good annual ROI to me !!.....
One we could all enjoy when we become Private Equity Fund managers……
I expect they will have presold or CFD’d in anticipation of the issue or averaged out higher/lower to get their cash back.

I have assumed the 25 million bought back shares were returned to Treasury to reduce the number of Shares In Issue?.....
