Whilst some of what you say has logic to it, in a convoluted way, I would be most disappointed if we went down this path.
In essence your suggesting we will get some low ball figure as someone is accumulating sizable portions over a long period of time, having some major holding.
I am inclined to think we are not going down that path.
However I will watch closely as per usual
