Audit Sign Off

No sign of finalisation of Annual Report, which one can only assume means that auditors have not signed off.

This may pose some real issues for FAS as they have issued a Notice of Meeting, if they have not finalised the Annual Report, which is the subject of the business of the meeting notably the remuneration report, which must be audited.

Any Corporations Law gurus out there who can comment on timing requirements of dispatch of Annual Reports as I would have thought that this would need to be either done at same time as dispatch of the Notice of Meeting or at least 28 days(plus 2 days postage time) before the meeting in accordance with usual Public Company notice periods. As the meeting is being held on 27 November 2014 looks to me that even issued today, it is within the minimum 28 days notice period and out of time.
