I would certainly resign from a Board Directorate position for a long term flailing SP within a Public Company where the experience and skills of other Board Members and Senior Management had been continually questioned... Those with lesser morals would be happy to stick around and enjoy the "gravy train"!
Inexperienced Board Management + Wasted time and resources = Rubbish Share Price!
