Hello Last of the Mohicans,

Have been chewing on your AZZG remark a little while. To the best of my knowledge, the next possible reset is in October 2023. Till then its 10% anually. Or a conversion to 3 common shares at the rate of 60 cts, which would only make sense once the share price tips 70cts.
I am not aware of anything happening in 9 months.

Have I missed something maybe? If so I would apreciate if you would be so kind as to enlighten me.
