ZGL has too many moving parts.....Conglomerates never attract fair value.
Spinoff of some parts of the machine will allow the market to value each appropriately.....It will also allow for better & more concentrated management effort....Some external funding will also help.....ZGL,as it stands ,can not attract funding to its start ups while it has the heavy machinery divisions & vice versa.
I did expect this natural & inevitable evolution.
