It could well be they selling from one fund into another, generating a tax lost, I told they only have 4 million or so left to go

AZZ buy back could be up to 25 million shares depending on the price.

The buy back price is calculated as a maximum of last five days mean plus 5%.

Hence on say an 5 day mean = 43 cents they can pay 43 x 1.05 = 45.15 cents.

Only caveat is that they can't buy for ten days after report any significant news to the ASX
