Thanks mitta, yeah watched mbe go through a similar thing, suppose the subs holder confuses the issue a little tho, as his volume would be part of that volume. The notice was announced quickly, might be a strategy behind that, as normally you have 5 days to submit, and he filed within 3hrs. Happy to be corrected but that's what my understanding is.
