Nice to have some discussions posted in this forum today. But what a shocker for ABU and most of the Gold stocks! Where to from here?

Here's another issue to ponder and discuss.

There's a chart published by Yahoo Finance and many others called the "S and P 500 Megaphone Chart". It is an enlargement of the last few years of the S and P 500 trading chart. It shows the Dow peaking at A, C and E in about 2000, 2008 and 20014/2015? Following crashes at B, D and (F) in about 2003, 2009 and 2014/15/16? The bottom trend line is for the Dow to fall to around 6000 or so.






There is an absolute belief that the Dow and the S and P 500 will have major corrections or crashes, but the timing is unsure and also the bottom levels are also unsure.

So what happens to our Gold stocks and ABU when such a correction occurs? What happens to the POG?

For those of us waiting for so long for ABU's sp to rise, even just to get back to the break even point, is the sp going to be hammered before we reach that point when the Dow crashes?
