Great announcement overall but hmm, if there was so a significant demand as mentioned three (!) times in the same Media Release, we at this stage don't really need the cash (so it was no pressure) and all want to be proactive a part of the Alexium family, why we don't sell the shares with a premium or minimum to a VWAP?
I always thought supply & demand works like this...
The options might be ok as the brokers/investors have a strong interest to support the stock price minimum +67% in order to be 'in the money' but why 2 options and why 2 years? We should achieve 25 cents in max. one year with all the things in progress as mentioned by Alexium.
Maybe we should ask B&Y who sold on Friday as they are again a part of the deal and earned additional 5% Broker Handling Fees...
