The company is finalising the prospectus to raise between 3.5m and 6m. These guys are unbelievable, go to any extremes to pay directors salaries for a couple more years.

Can't wait to see the "prospectus" (sales pitch and spin report) you can be sure that it will include the usual glossy photos of rock sized diamonds, men working in the field drilling, aerial photos (or just google earth if doing it cheap) with lots of irrelevant lines and squiggles except for the borders which highlight just how close their lease is to company xyz which is a successful diamond miner.

Shame ASIC can't be more vigilant across the ASX, of companies which just put out glossy reports continuously asking for more money and diluting investors to pay directors salaries, compared to those that actually have funding, good management and can actually execute a plan which isn't just over hyped spin and promises.

Brokers that push this prospectus should have a good hard look at it and themselves for doing so.
