Certainly does feel like it, and think about it. Big pharma wants cardiocel, or the vaccine. Why wait until cardiocel gains traction and makes the takeover more expensive. Why wait for interim phase 2 results to cut a deal that's going to be less favourable... Get in now, get the vaccines and get a nice kicker in CC or vice versa. Beat everyone to the chase, and you'd want to do it in the next 3 months to avoid paying a premium.
