re: i have some good news. sir l. Whats to assume? TFS execs have stated in the past they expect Intevia to become an industry standard. Perhaps the reason why they paid a handsome sign on fee to licence the technology. Lets not forget the millions they are currently pouring into Intevia to build up the Intevia product line.

I believe that the buyers for TFS have grander plans than to just try and improve the margins on its nuts and bolts business! The prospect of turning an industrial stock into a technology play Im sure would appeal to many private equity funds.
