TAKEOVER: JWI: Harvard JV waiver of 90% minimum acceptance condition

Harvard JV waiver of 90% minimum acceptance condition

Just Water International Limited (NZAX:JWI) has this afternoon been notified
that Harvard JV will waive the 90% minimum acceptance condition before it
makes its full takeover offer for the company.

The offer is expected to be despatched, and the independent directors advice
in relation to the offer is expected to be available, around 14 November.
The independent committee of directors recommends that shareholders do not
sell their shareholdings in the company in the meantime.
