Oil back over $60 a barrel as an intransigent Iran is referred to the UN security council over its nuclear programme.
Also WPL's recent onshore oil strike in Libya should strengthen the s/p tomorrow .... the company is coy about this one but analysts reckon WPL could be targetting a structure containing some 100m barrels.
