I also don't think a CR is imminent, however there is a few bills coming up over next 6-8 months, so there will be another unless something spectacular happens, including a cornerstone support.
I must admit the buying depth concerns me more, as we head into the wet season with Teck (likely to pull up soon)...this stock may go into recession...until early in the new year.
That said....It may present some good buying opportunities. I still like the story, but do worry about the constant dilution.
