Just my two bobs worth here and all IMO, I reckon SYR have recently sent their new CEO to Japan to get one of the Japanese houses (that were "rumoured" to want a piece of SYR) stitched up with an off-take, or two, to cover for the Chinese MOU which seems to have come off-the-boil.
