It is time to' change the management or at least show to them the discontent on how they have handling the company. I can not see a clear direction path. The bet to the get into unconventional was good however they should jump out once the major company come on board, that's the logic that many small companies in the USA applied for the earlier shale gas stages. I am quite sure they may heard about.
