I see that Priority One yesterday got round to announcing on its website that dealings with CQA are over.
http://p1card.com/?page_id=3067
The announcement is in the form of CQA's announcement to ASX, and it is posted without any comment.by P1.
Remember that the CQA's announcement does not say that P1 pulled out of CQA. Nor that CQA and P1 mutually agreed to end negotiations.
Rather the CQA announcement is unambiguously headed Conquest Abandons Proposed Bid for Priority One. In the absence of alternative evidence I conclude that it was P1 that was left standing at the altar.
