    Telecommunications wholesaler Inabox Group Limited (ASX:IAB) has inked a deal to acquire Anittel Group Limited (ASX:AYG). 
     
    Managing Director & CEO Damian Kay discusses the company’s proposed purchase and the terms of the transaction. 

    Mr Kay outlines why Inabox choose to buy Anittel, why its businesses will be a good fit and the anticipated benefits for shareholders and customers.
