Price at the moment is 1 cent above 5 cent option strike price - this is obvious.
In just over one month's time - on the conversion of all options - they'll receive $3,000,000.
So, with just over 1 month to go, NXR management raised $300,000 or one tenth of the conversion amount and propose to give away 11,000,000 options at today's price equals a gift of $110,000?
These guys have got some balls.
